These terms govern your use of the DeBugem Pest Control website at debugem.com and our pest control services. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

About us

DeBugem Pest Control is a Florida-licensed pest control company located at 900 Barnett Dr, Unit F1, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461. We've operated continuously since 1998. We are licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and are insured.

Our services

We provide pest control, termite control, rodent control, lawn fertilization, mosquito control, and commercial pest management services across Palm Beach County, Florida. The specifics of any service we provide to you are described in your written service agreement and inspection report. This page does not replace your service agreement.

Pricing & payment

• All quotes are flat-rate. We do not charge surprise line items.
• Pricing on our website (e.g., "Most homes: $440") is illustrative — your actual quote depends on the inspection.
• One-time treatment is paid upon completion.
• Quarterly programs are billed at each visit, not upfront annually.
• Commercial contracts are typically 12-month minimum with monthly billing.
• Late payments may incur a service fee per Florida law.

Warranty & guarantees

Specific warranties depend on the service you receive:

• Termite re-treatment warranty. Available on qualifying Termidor SC treatments. If termites come back during the warranty period, we come back. Full terms in the warranty document signed at the time of treatment.
• 30-day rodent re-entry warranty. Available on full exclusion jobs. If anything gets back in through a spot we sealed within 30 days, we re-seal free.
• General service callback. If you're not satisfied with a treatment, call within 30 days and we'll come back free.

Warranties are conditional. They require that you (a) follow our preparation instructions, (b) do not introduce new vectors during the warranty period, and (c) allow us reasonable access for inspection. Full terms in your individual warranty document.

What we don't warrant

• Damage caused by pests before our treatment, or by failure to maintain conditions described in our recommendations
• Issues caused by structural problems outside our scope (roof leaks, plumbing, etc.)
• New infestations from sources outside our treatment area
• Any service performed by a contractor other than DeBugem

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where a specific written warranty applies to the issue. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Cancellation

You can cancel a one-time appointment up to 24 hours before scheduled service at no charge. Within 24 hours we may charge a trip fee. Quarterly programs can be canceled with 30 days' written notice (no fee). Annual contracts have a 30-day no-fault cancellation clause for service-quality complaints; cancellation for other reasons mid-contract may incur an early-termination fee per the contract.

Use of the website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, request a quote, contact us. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or use our content for competitive purposes without permission. Photos and text on the site are owned by DeBugem.

Governing law

These terms and any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us is to be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
