Jupiter has the heaviest mosquito pressure in PBC — the Loxahatchee River, Jupiter Inlet, and salt marsh edges all generate sustained breeding from April through November. We run more mosquito misting installs in Jupiter than anywhere else we work. Plus the coastal Spanish-tile homes get serious roof rat pressure and the Abacoa family neighborhoods need the standard quarterly residential program.
We dispatch a Jupiter-experienced tech for coast-and-canal work — different from inland residential. Jupiter Island, Admirals Cove, and the Tequesta border get our salt-air-resistant chemistry kits.
Jupiter has more environmental variance per square mile than any other PBC city — Loxahatchee River wetlands, Jupiter Inlet salt marsh, Atlantic coast dune homes, and inland Abacoa family neighborhoods. Each is a different pest profile.

Jupiter has the highest mosquito pressure of any PBC city. Loxahatchee River, Jupiter Inlet salt marsh, and the wetland preserves all generate sustained Aedes and Culex breeding. We run barrier spray + In2Care + permanent perimeter misting on screened patios. 22 active misting installs in Jupiter alone.

Jupiter Island, Admirals Cove, and the inlet-adjacent neighborhoods see heavy salt-tolerant subterranean termite pressure. Salt-air corrosion ages soffit and slab penetrations faster, opening more entry points. Termidor SC liquid soil barrier with extra attention to slab cracks.
Termite treatment →
Jupiter Island and Admirals Cove are heavy in Spanish barrel-tile roofs with mature live oak canopies — the worst combination for roof rat access. Trap-and-seal: snap traps inside, hardware cloth on every soffit penetration, plus a tree-trim recommendation. 30-day re-entry warranty.
Rodent control →
Jupiter Farms and Loxahatchee fringe have heavy wildlife pressure — feral hogs, bobcats (do not relocate), and the routine raccoon-and-opossum work. We trap iguanas live, exclude pool screens, and refer protected species to FWC. Permit-coordinated.
Wildlife removal →
Abacoa, Maplewood, and the inland Jupiter family neighborhoods are perfect quarterly residential candidates. Ghost ants, palmetto bugs, silverfish, occasional ant trail. 90-day exterior perimeter program from $95/quarter.
Quarterly program →
Jupiter Country Club and Admirals Cove estates run on a fairway-grade fertilization program with spring/fall weed-and-feed and summer iron foliars during the PBC nitrogen blackout window. Quarterly cadence with optional monthly upgrade.
Lawn care →Jupiter taught us mosquito control. Dale's first In2Care station went into a Jupiter Island home in 2014. The first MistAway misting install we did was Admirals Cove in 2016. Twenty-two active misting installs and counting. Dale still does the initial mosquito-pressure assessment on every Jupiter coastal property himself.
Our treatment plans reference UF/IFAS Extension research, Florida FWC iguana removal protocols, and EPA-registered coastal mosquito control data. Here's the published science behind Jupiter's pest pressure.
UF/IFAS field surveys document Jupiter's coastal zip codes (33458, 33469, 33477) as some of the few in Florida with simultaneous high pressure for both subterranean (soil-borne) and drywood (wood-borne) termite species. We test for both in every Jupiter inspection.
UF/IFAS termite research ↗Florida FWC classifies green iguanas as a non-native invasive species and authorizes humane removal year-round on private property. The Loxahatchee River corridor and Jupiter Inlet seawalls are designated FWC-priority removal zones. We follow FWC handling protocols on every job.
FWC iguana removal ↗Palm Beach County Mosquito Control identifies salt-marsh mosquito (Aedes taeniorhynchus) as the dominant coastal swarming species in Jupiter and Tequesta. Our In2Care station system uses EPA-registered auto-dissemination targeting salt-tolerant breeding sites near the Intracoastal.
