Before you book.

Is the inspection actually free? What's the catch?
No catch. We come out, walk your house for 45–60 minutes, identify what's there, and email you a written quote within 24 hours. We don't charge for inspections because we don't have to — about half of the people we inspect for end up booking us, and that ratio works for our business.
Will you try to upsell me?
No. Our techs are paid hourly, not commission. Their job during the inspection is to diagnose accurately. If you don't have a problem, we'll tell you that and leave. About 1 in 6 inspections ends with "you don't need us right now."
How fast can someone be at my house?
Same day in most cases when you book in the morning, Mon–Fri. If you book before noon, we usually fit you in that afternoon. After noon, we'll target the next business day. We're a small two-tech team (Dale and James), so we work to keep response fast — call (561) 310-6139 if it's urgent.
Do I have to be home?
For interior inspections, yes (or someone you trust). For exterior-only / termite perimeter inspections, no — we can inspect the slab and crawl from outside, but you'll need to be home for us to show you what we found.
